Early Hours
Start your day with a generous breakfast buffet featuring local produce and egg dishes served to your table. In summer, the picturesque view of the Gotschnagrat invites you to enjoy breakfast in the open air on the terrace. Here, even the grumpiest morning person forgets to grumble – and nothing stands in the way of your next adventure in the Graubünden mountains.

Lunchtime
At lunch and dinner, our à la carte menu tempts with Swiss classics and Graubünden specialities such as Klosters trout fillet in a mountain herb crust or our highlight: the veal cordon bleu. In the afternoon, our small but refined menu features light dishes. Whether a refreshing ice-cream sundae, a slice of homemade cake or simply a coffee with a view – our kitchen stands for regional flavours and variety at any time of day.

Time Out
When golden hour arrives in the evening, it's time for an aperitif on the hotel terrace or in our hanging loungers. Surrounded by an impressive mountain panorama, the day draws to a close and relaxation can set in.

Dinner
Our four-course dinner menu for CHF 69 offers meat, fish or vegetarian options every day, complemented by a generous salad buffet, clear and cream soups and tempting dessert variations.
In summer, our barbecue takes place in the hotel garden every Thursday. On that evening, we serve exclusively from our barbecue menu.
