Our food is always freshly prepared with a regional focus. Highlights include our homemade cordon-bleu of veal loin with a secret cheese blend, tender Klosters trout fillets in a mountain herb crust and the aromatic mountain cheese soup.
At lunchtime, enjoy light dishes from a small, refined menu – ideal for a pleasurable break in the sun. Whether refreshing ice cream coupes, a slice of homemade cake or simply coffee with a view: our lunch offering combines quality with effortless enjoyment.
In the evening, a daily changing, carefully composed 4-course gourmet menu awaits you, accompanied by a fine selection of wines. The varied menu offers daily meat, fish or vegetarian options and is complemented by a generous salad buffet, clear and creamy soups and irresistible dessert variations. Thursday evenings belong to fire. In our hotel garden, head chef Anatoli takes charge of the Big Green Egg and prepares culinary highlights with passion and expertise – spectacularly staged on the terrace in fine weather.
For CHF 69.– you'll enjoy an all-you-can-eat experience with starters, a dessert buffet and a selection of grilled classics. The highlight: head chef Anatoli Funk's legendary spare ribs – tender, aromatic and falling off the bone. Our meat comes from the Fleischzentrum Klosters, less than 200 metres away. For our food connoisseurs, we complement the grill buffet with a carefully curated grill menu: beef entrecôtes, chops from Monsteiner Treberschwein or a locally caught trout. Various creations with peppers, burrata and feta ensure that vegetarians won't miss out either. There's something for everyone.
For exceptional moments, we recommend our local tomahawk steak – available on reservation for two or more people.
Start your morning with a view of the Klosters mountains – on our sun terrace or in the cosy restaurant. Our generous breakfast buffet has everything the day needs: fresh breads, a variety of muesli, regional cheese and meat specialities as well as exquisite Sirocco teas and coffee roasted in Ticino. Prefer to sleep in a little longer? For a small supplement and upon registration, we serve you breakfast until 11.30 am – either in the restaurant or relaxed in your room.

We warmly welcome groups of up to 45 persons in our Saal Boscablick and create the perfect setting for enjoyable gatherings, smaller seminars or club events. Our kitchen will be happy to put together a menu tailored to your wishes.
