In winter, experience the cosy atmosphere of our two charming hotel restaurants, and in summer, enjoy relaxing hours in the sunshine on our garden terrace. Whether morning, noon or evening – our kitchen delights you with regional creations, paired with local products and varied seasonal offerings.
It is our goal to pamper you during your stay in the Graubünden mountains with Swiss tradition and hospitality. Experience the mountain summer as well as golden autumn days on our sun terrace, or let the evening fade away in the cosy Maiensäss style.
A special highlight awaits you every Thursday: during the summer months, we fire up our Green Egg in the hotel garden and invite you to enjoyable BBQ evenings in a relaxed atmosphere. On these evenings, only the grill menu is available – the Bosca Stube and Chäs Stuba remain closed on Thursday evenings when the weather is fine.
We also serve a varied 4-course menu daily for CHF 69.–. Look forward to a diverse culinary experience with a generous salad buffet, clear or creamy soup, a choice of fish, meat or vegetarian main courses and various desserts – freshly prepared with great attention to detail. As a charming alternative, an evening in our Chäs Stuba rounds off the culinary offering, where you can enjoy fondue or raclette in an authentic atmosphere.
We also warmly welcome groups of up to 45 persons in our premises and create the perfect setting for enjoyable gatherings.

Culinary Delights from Morning to Evening
Discover the culinary variety of our Bosca Stube – a place where the day begins in pleasure and ends in style. In the morning, we serve you a hearty breakfast, while at lunch and dinner you can choose from a varied menu of Swiss classics and regional dishes, just as your appetite desires.
In the evening, a daily changing, carefully composed 4-course gourmet menu awaits you, accompanied by a fine selection of wines. Prepared in warm candlelight and with great attention to detail, these are culinary moments to remember.
During the summer months, our hotel terrace invites you to linger – ideal for relaxed hours or a stylish apéro in good company.
Please note: On Thursday evenings, weather permitting, our BBQ evening takes place in the hotel garden. The Bosca Stube is closed on this evening.
Chäs Stuba
With Style, Charm & Cheese
A visit to our Chäs Stuba promises an authentic experience of Swiss cheese tradition. In a cosy atmosphere, romantic dates, small group gatherings and intimate events find their ideal setting. Our personal service and rustic décor in traditional style create a unique atmosphere that combines modern comforts with historic charm.
Enjoy specialities such as the homemade cordon-bleu filled with a secret cheese blend, excellent fondues or the raclette from the Davos dairy with six different varieties of cheese.
Please note: The Chäs Stuba is closed on Thursday evenings – we look forward to spoiling you in the hotel garden with our BBQ evening instead.
BBQ Evening in the Garden
Every Thursday from 6 pm
Every Thursday, our hotel garden transforms into a stage for true grilling artistry. Chef Anatoli Funk works his magic on the legendary Big Green Egg – in fine weather, right before your eyes on the terrace.
For CHF 69.– enjoy an "all you can eat" experience with starters, dessert buffet and a selection of grilling classics. The highlight: Chef Anatoli Funk's legendary spare ribs – tender, aromatic and falling off the bone. Our meat comes from the Fleischzentrum Klosters, less than 200 metres away: beef entrecôtes, cutlets from Monstein Treberschwein or the Albeina Double Cheese Burger. Fish and vegetable lovers are also very well catered for.
On pre-order, we also serve a locally sourced tomahawk steak for two or more persons.

Start your day with the morning sun on our terrace – the perfect setting for a leisurely brunch with friends, a shared start to the day with your loved ones and relaxed hours in an alpine atmosphere.
Our generous buffet awaits you with a variety of fresh breads, different muesli options and a carefully selected range of regional and national cheese specialities and fine charcuterie. We also serve exquisite Sirocco teas and coffee roasted in Ticino. Your egg dishes are freshly prepared to your personal preferences with selected ingredients – for a vital and enjoyable start to the day.
Late Riser Breakfast
On request, we are happy to extend your morning: for a small supplement, we serve you breakfast until 11.30 am – either in the restaurant or relaxed in your room.
