The flavour lies in regional diversity and in an ambience that is in harmony with the season and the surrounding nature: snug and cosy in winter, picturesque with far-reaching views in summer. While the rustic Chäs Stuba tempts guests in the colder months with the charm of an alpine hut and hearty cheese dishes, the barbecues on the terrace of the Bosca Stube are the highlight of warm summer evenings.

The generous breakfast buffet gets your day off to an energising start, while at lunch and dinner a varied menu of Swiss classics and regional specialities offers plenty of culinary inspiration. Guests on half board are treated each evening to a four-course menu tailored to the season. In the summer months, our hotel terrace is the place to be: with its mountain panorama on the edge of Klosters village, it sets the scene for convivial aperitifs and balmy barbecue evenings.

This cosy setting is the perfect backdrop for romantic dinners, get-togethers with family and friends or small celebrations. The rustic, traditional-style interior creates a unique atmosphere that combines modern comforts with historic charm. Enjoy specialities such as our homemade cordon bleu filled with a secret cheese blend, excellent fondues or raclette from the Davos dairy, served with six different cheeses and a wide choice of accompaniments.
Please note: In summer, the Chäs Stuba is closed on Thursday evenings.

Begin your day with a generous breakfast buffet and freshly prepared egg dishes. The buffet offers a variety of fresh breads, a range of cereals and mueslis, and a selection of regional and Swiss cheese specialities alongside fine cold cuts. We also serve a selection of fine Sirocco teas and coffee roasted in Ticino. In summer, enjoy your breakfast on the garden terrace: with the morning sun on your face and the mountain panorama before you, the perfect holiday day can begin.
Late Riser's Breakfast
On request, we're happy to extend your morning: for a small surcharge, we serve breakfast until 11.30 am – either in the restaurant or in your room.
