Chäs Stuba
A visit to our Chäs Stuba promises an authentic experience of Swiss cheese tradition. In a cosy atmosphere, romantic dates, small group gatherings and intimate events find their ideal setting. Enjoy specialities such as the homemade cordon-bleu filled with a secret cheese blend or simply a rösti gratinated with cheese.
It wouldn't be a Chäs Stuba without melted cheese! For our fondue, we exclusively use Moitié-Moitié cheese from the Davos dairy. We are happy to refine it with Appenzeller gin, wonderful black truffle or a dash of kirsch.
The highlight of our cheese offering is our «Narräschwetti» raclette. The Davos dairy supplies us with six different varieties of cheese – wonderfully smoky, with garlic or with fiery chilli: there is something for every taste. Our raclette is accompanied not only by pickled vegetables, but also mushrooms, bacon, onions and much more – making the cheese experience truly unique.
Exclusive use for up to 30 persons is possible and tailored entirely to your needs. Our personal service and rustic décor in traditional style create a unique atmosphere that combines modern comforts with historic charm.

Open daily from 6.00 pm
We are happy to take orders until 8.00 pm.
In fine weather, we are also pleased to serve you on the terrace.
