Dogs are welcome guests here. In the Dorfstube and Chässtube restaurants, your four-legged friend can even accompany you to your evening meal. Access to the indoor pool and wellness area is restricted. The supplement is CHF 25.00 per dog/night (excl. food).
Please include your four-legged friend when you book.There's a free pet pedicure point just outside the hotel, and you'll be given a little surprise for your dog when you check in. We'll provide a dog's blanket, a drinking bowl and a door hanger in your room. Dogs can be let off the leash on many of the footpaths in Klosters. Your four-legged friend can travel on the mountain railways for free. (A fare must be paid on the train and public transport).
We reserve one floor of the hotel for allergy sufferers. No pets stay in those rooms.

By rail: In Landquart change from the SBB mainline network to Rhaetian Railways and travel on the Regio Express towards Davos as far as Klosters Dorf.
We are happy to collect you from Klosters Dorf on request. Please simply tell us your time of arrival by the previous day.
You will be given the Davos Klosters Premium Card at the hotel. It gives you free travel on the local buses in Davos and Klosters (excl. the side valleys) and on Rhaetian Railways between Klosters and Davos Platz. In summer the Premium Card entitles you to discounts on mountain railway tickets.

We are happy to collect you from Klosters Dorf or Klosters Platz station if you tell us your time of arrival. We recommend getting off the train in Klosters Dorf.
Important: Please tell us your arrival time in Klosters no later than 30 minutes in advance so that the Sunstar hotel shuttle bus will be there waiting for you.
The hotel has a limited number of outdoor parking spaces (subject to availability & non-reservable) and an indoor car park for which a supplement is payable. Reservations are essential for the indoor car park.
Your room will be ready for you by 3 p.m. on your day of arrival. You are welcome to arrive earlier than that, park your car here and collect your Davos Klosters Premium Card so you can start exploring the region.
Our Reception is staffed from 7 a.m. until 10 p.m. If you would like to arrive after 10 p.m., please let the hotel know in advance.
Please vacate your room by 11 a.m. on your day of departure. If you would like to spend the rest of the day in Klosters, please park your car in a public car park, because of the limited car parking at the hotel.
