    Awesome experience. Will come back!

    Good: Located 2 minutes walk from Klosters Dorf station. Great room with stunning view from balcony. Staff super nice and flexible. Nice SPA and pool ! Overall a fantastic stay with my daughter!

    Perfect place

    Good: Everything is perfect. Apart form the egg boiling system at breakfast that could cause serious injury. Better to just go with a basket of different boiled eggs.

    Bad: Everything was wonderful. There was just one lady on reception m that could definitely do with some training. She never seemed to know what was going on. Right from when we checked in she seemed overwhelmed by very simple questions. We asked her to book a taxi and she almost laughed at us.
