The Chäs Stuba has the cosy feel of an alpine hut and it’s where we serve typical traditional Swiss specialities such as fondue and raclette – as much as you can eat! And you can rest assured that cheese features strongly in many other Swiss dishes. Graubünden specialities such as cordon bleu, “pizokel” pasta and farmer’s rösti are all tasty treats for the palate.
The Chäs Stuba seats up to 30 people and can also be booked for exclusive use for small private events. Please book in advance.
