A delicious end of the day
The tables are laid with crisp white cloths, the napkins are beautifully folded, the wine glasses are ready for filling with fine wine and the candles are lit. In our restaurant it's time for the evening meal, consisting of seasonal, fresh and local produce.
Our recipe for keeping hunger at bay
Take one sophisticated starter, perhaps a salad from the buffet or one of a number of soups and smoothies, then follow it with your choice of a main courses (fish, meat, vegetarian), and round it all off with a delicious dessert, fruit or cheese.

Our garden terrace is predestined for the perfect summer evening in good company. Every Friday, the Oklahoma grill is heated up for the Barbecue à Discrétion and we spoil you with meat and fish specialities. Yes, this is how the mountain summer tastes at the Sunstar Hotel Klosters.

By the way: On Sunday, 9 July 2023, you will experience our BBQ on the garden terrace even more exclusively. You can look forward to a rich appetiser and salad buffet as well as our Oklahoma grill. From 6.30 p.m. to 9 p.m., you will also be entertained by the best-known Italian band on the European blues scene Egidio 'Juke' Ingala & The Jacknives.
